Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it's dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times & Costs

All US orders ship free. Once processed, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

These are estimates — occasional delays from carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking notification within 3 business days, check your spam folder, then contact hello@nuevera.shop.

Didn't Receive Your Order?

If tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived:

• Check around your property and with neighbors or others at your address

• Wait 24-48 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early

Still missing after 48 hours? Contact hello@nuevera.shop with your order number and we'll work with you to find a resolution.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact hello@nuevera.shop as soon as possible and we'll try to correct it before your order ships.
