Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery takes 7-12 business days depending on your location within the US.
Please note that these are estimates. Occasional delays caused by carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you updated.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying bundle orders. No code needed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
If you haven't received a tracking notification within 4 business days of your order please check your spam folder first then contact us at hello@nuevera.shop and we'll look into it for you.
Didn't Receive Your Order?
If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn't arrived we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with neighbors
- Checking with anyone else at your address who may have received it
- Waiting 24-48 hours as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered slightly early
If your package still hasn't turned up after 48 hours contact us at hello@nuevera.shop with your order number and we'll work with you to find a resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order contact us at hello@nuevera.shop as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
